## Four hours a day. One job.

In May 2015 Glen hired one virtual assistant for four hours a day to dial leads. That was the whole job. It worked, so he trusted them with more. The role grew with the trust, and today that first hire runs Hire Heroes as COO.
That is the model we teach every client: start with one task, measure it, then hand off the next one.
